Summer morning of 3 July 2015 Bauman held the first scientific-practical conference «Advanced technologies and methods of applied informatics», organized by the Department of Applied Informatics of the Institute of Energy and automated systems. It was attended by employees of IT companies in the city, state and public organizations, scientists, graduate students, undergraduates and students interested in the problems of Applied Informatics.
Conference was opened by the head. Chair of Vladimir PETELYAK. He greeted the guests, stressed the importance of the conference as a platform for communication and reports to date information from leading IT professionals on new technologies, methods and solutions in the field of applied informatics as an example of practical experience, performance and achievements of the city’s IT companies.
Since the first report was presented SKARLYGINA Hope, Head of IT projects and support the development bureau of «Corporate Systems Plus» (www.sike.ru), who spoke about computer graphics and animation as a promising area of modern applied science.
Report by Andrew KURENЁVA, director of «KKM02″, was dedicated to information about the company’s activities and projects of «KKM02″.
Speakers talked with interest, trying as much as possible accessible to inform the audience their thoughts. To illustrate the reports used multimedia tools: audio, video, presentation. It gave performances more brightness and credibility. However, often carried away by his own report, many speakers highlighted violated regulations.
Anastasia SOCHENKO, bureau chief of development and simulators in metallurgy and machine-building company «Corporate Systems Plus», in his speech, has demonstrated the need for the use of tools and methodologies in different stages of software development.
Andrey Belyaev, director of the educational activities of «Compass Plus» (www.compassplus.ru), told the opening of a unique RadixWare platform, which includes not only the development tools and execution model, but also an existing infrastructure, a variety of components and system solutions for typical problems such as working with the database, providing a user interface through desktop-client and web-based technologies, the implementation of online- and offline-interaction with external systems, as well as editors, artists and reports of workflow, access control systems, monitoring, auditing, and delivery system deployment, and more. He called on all to the development of applications of this promising platform and participate in its further development.
Of great interest among the audience was the report Julia Chudinov, Head of the Department of Educational Systems Ltd. «Corporate systems plus» in which Julia has told about the basic directions of activity of division, expectations and requirements for graduates: about computer simulators, electronic course, a versatile product «3D Atlas equipment «animations, electronic posters. Julia has demonstrated «know-how» of the company — «augmented reality glasses», which allow to obtain additional information on the equipment during its examination; accept jobs during operation; capture video from the work site (complex technological steps emergencies for further investigation).
The atmosphere reigned in the audience very friendly and democratic. The audience listened attentively to the presentations and quite actively involved in discussions, ask questions and engage in a discussion on topics of interest.
Lead software engineer LLC «Corporate systems plus» Ilya no shoes shared the experience of choosing SQL or NoSQL databases in developing mobile applications.
Mark ZARETSKY, assistant professor of computer engineering and programming Bauman, gave a presentation on the topic «IT-Specialist: GEF APKIT and professional standards.» The audience listened with interest statement, which Mark told about 12 professional standards in the field of information technology, essential requirements for the success of the university graduates.
Next, a specialist in support of IT-projects of «Corporate systems plus» Elena MOGILEVTSEVA told the audience about ways to integrate data in information systems. The report discussed in detail issues such as: the concept of Data Integration (DI), the development of the plan IDs, common areas, stages of implementation and methods IDs are marked with important aspects of the development of PH.
No less remarkable was the report Angelina Sokolova, a student of 3rd course of the direction of applied informatics. In his speech, Angelina told the audience about the experience of participation in the All-Russia Olympiad in Applied Informatics, which was held at the Moscow University of Economics, Statistics and Informatics, the results of which MSTU team won the 1st place among remote participants and the 3rd place among all participants.
The final part of Vladimir PETELYAK conference audience presented a report on a remote master as a form of training of IT specialists, in which he emphasized that the Masters using distance learning technologies is an effective way to prepare IT professionals. And also spoke about the IT industry, the modern system of education in Russia, a bachelors and masters, learning the benefits of using DOT.
In general, the level of scientific and practical conference «Advanced Technologies and Applied Informatics Methods» was high and professional, and themes — topical and varied. Feedback from visitors, the conference turned out fruitful, useful, informative and very interesting. As a result, it was decided to hold annual meetings of this event.
